Q: Where do I enter the code for my coupon?

A: On the top right area of the home page (just above the menu pages) there is a button that says enter coupon. Press that and enter your code.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of food that must be ordered?

A: We ask that you order a minimum of $10, not including the delivery fee.

Q: Is gratuity included? 

A: Our drivers are paid in TIPS, so we ask you to include gratuity, orders over $65 will automatically include 15% gratuity. Thank you for your understanding. Our drivers buy their own gas, and maintain their own vehicles for delivery purposes, so they really appreiciate your generosity.

Q:  I forgot my password. Can Raleigh Take-Out retrieve it for me?

A: Passwords cannot be retrieved by Raleigh Take-Out staff. A new online account must be created.

Q: Does Raleigh Take-Out deliver outside Raleigh (Cary, Garner, Wake Forest, etc.)?

A: Unfortunately we are unable provide regular service to areas outside of Raleigh, however, ADVANCE orders to be delivered outside of our normal delivery area may be arranged by calling Jenn at (919) 834-2885.  If you are in the Chapel Hill area, try us at http://www.tarheeltakeout.com/
